The hotel offers excellent value for money. It is reasonably priced and provides good value for the amenities and services provided. The attention to detail in the rooms is commendable. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with kitchen facilities that are hard to find in other hotels. The location of the hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, is a major plus. It offers a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing stay. The breakfast provided at the hotel is satisfactory. It offers a continental breakfast option that ensures guests start their day off right.

The hotel met our expectations and there were no significant issues.

Excellent rooms (especially apartments): clean, new, bright and cosy. Good kitchen equipment and a very nice bathroom. Nice sea and mountain (Teide) view from the balcony.

Nobody are at the reception for the whole day, so one can have troubles during check-out (we were waiting for 10 minutes at 9:00 in the morning and finally left the key before the closed door of the reception). Poor Internet connection inside the building, wifi was available only on the apartments balcony. Because of the reparation in the restaurant downstairs we had troubles with hot water in our apartments for 1 evening.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the spacious rooms with a balcony or terrace and a kitchen, which can be hard to find elsewhere. The location is great, as it's away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but still near enough to easily stroll down to the restaurant or explore the nearby attractions. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities provided are sufficient.

All the rest... no heating, we had to double book cause the cold (11c at nite) was making us sick, if u wand cleaning; pay 28 euro extra a DAY... change of the sheets: plus 28 euro each time, new towels: pay extra 28 euro each time; unincredible! "swimmingpool" in fact big bad tub ; green and dirty, sauna not working Location; fairly close to icod by car, but unimpossible to walk around in the area; to dangerous by the noisy trafic and nothing to do in the area, no tv cable witouth paying extra etc etc....

Het appartement is erg netjes en rustig. Het eten in het restaurant is erg lekker en niet duur.

Het schoonhouden van het appartement en het verwisselen van de handdoeken kan beter. Op de website staat dat het appartement in het centrum ligt dit is absoluut niet het geval.

We spent our New Year's at this hotel and we were impressed with the stunning view from our apartment. , the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great as well: we had easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

Amazing view from our terrace balcony, nice clean room with good maid service and a very comfortable bed! Good kitchen facilities and brilliant location on the outskirts of a lovely town with much less of a tourist vibe than other areas in Tenerife. Good base from which to explore the rest of the island.

The water wasn't always particularly hot and there was a bit of an issue with the shower curtain!

The location of this hotel is great, as it is near the centre but away from the hustle and bustle of Icod city centre. The rooms on the 4th floor with a balcony and a view of the sea are a hidden gem. The kitchen in the apartment was a pleasant surprise, as it's not easy to find such amenities in a hotel.
